Once you have this time you need to spend a few minuets each day before and after your exercises looking carefully at your face. Look for the things you like best about your face, and look for the things you like the least.
Now there're three major areas of consideration for anyone's face. They are the muscles in your face, the health of your skin and how you present your best features.
Well, the muscles you are working on; whether it's losing the double chin or toning the cheeks you have the exercises and so long as you do them everyday this will happen.
The health of your skin is very crucial. If you have not liked the way you have looked recently then it's quite possible that you've ignored you skin. Stop this today and start to take notice. You need to cleanse, moisturise and tone you skin each night and morning. You've already allocated time for your exercises and in the morning before you do your exercises you'll cleanse and prepare you skin for the day. Equally in the evening before you do your exercises you'll cleanse and moisturise your skin for the night. This is a schedule which you must not break.
Finally, while you are working on losing that double chin you have to work on how you present yourself to the outside world. Losing your double chin will not have the desired effect if all people can see is a sad or unkempt person.
