Uncle Tom rarely ever really took care of his health. Ever since I'd been a kid I remember him to be fat.
Matilda, my aunt and his wife, almost always did her best in making him stop his bad ways of eating, but I must say, she had not been very successful. At home Matilda did her maximum to arrange healthy meals which were low in fat. She also wouldn't make any sweets and she did not buy any sugary products like biscuits, cakes, chocolates and goodies.
Sadly, my uncle always craved sweets, cakes, doughnuts, chocolates, or be it any variety of food that has lots of sugar content. No wonder that uncle Tom goes regularly into the super market to purchase all foodstuffs which he crazes for. Consuming a whole packet of biscuits at coffee time is normal for uncle Tom. You never know what Tom eats on the job, surely he just isn't going to eat a salad meal while at work and you never know what number of sodas and chocolates does he buy during office hours.
Quite a few doctors recommended he ought to burn fat because he was risking severe health complications, however it all fell on deaf ears. My uncle is actually a Stubborn man and when people tell him to limit his diet he usually does the contrary.
